Job Description
Roto-Rooter, a nationally recognized plumbing, drain cleaning, and water cleanup service provider, is seeking an experienced Water Restoration Claims Administrator to join their growing team. The role involves writing estimates in Xactimate, following up with customers and insurance adjusters, and managing payment collections within the restoration industry. Candidates should have a strong understanding of restoration billing and collections procedures.
Requirements
- Fluent knowledge of Xactimate
- 3-5 years insurance or water restoration industry experience
- Working knowledge of restoration billing and collections procedures
- Collections experience
- Administrative experience (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Independent work ethic
- Organizational and time management skills
- Bilingual a plus
