Hardware Specialist

As a Hardware Specialist, you'll serve as Rinsed's point of expertise for tablet hardware operations, ensuring devices are reliable, secure, and aligned with customer and product needs.

Requirements

• Experience managing hardware programs or similar operational initiatives.
• Working knowledge of tablet hardware, MDM systems (e.g., Esper), and connectivity solutions.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation.
• Analytical thinker with attention to detail and a bias for problem-solving.
• Adaptable and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
• Willing and able to travel as needed to support on-site deployments and troubleshooting.
