Server Assistant

The server assistant is responsible for providing friendly, responsive service to create a warm welcoming and exceptional dining experience for all of our guests.

Requirements

• Employees must at all times be attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests, managers and fellow employees.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Perform opening and closing side work according to standards to ensure that guests are served promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain clean service areas in the front and back of house.
• Run food and serve the guests following the standards.
• Clear dishes from the table and maintain the table throughout the dining experience.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
