The Puerto Rican Cultural Center is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the Puerto Rican community through a range of public health and social services, including violence prevention, food assistance, and HIV testing and counseling. By offering crisis intervention, court support, nutrition education, and community outreach, the center addresses critical health and safety needs of underserved populations.

High school diploma/GED. 2+ years experience (preferably in community/based org). Sensitivity to diversity. Ability to work with cultural and ethnic diversity
EARLY HEAD START-CCP TEACHER ASSISTANT
Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development. Minimum 1 year of experience. Bilingual Spanish/English a plus
WOMEN’S BUSINESS CENTER – WOMEN BUSINESS ADVISOR
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. 2+ years advisory/mentoring experience. Business licensing/permitting experience a plus
HIV Testing Counselor
High school diploma or GED required. 2+ years experience with community-based organizations. HIV counseling/testing certification preferred, or 30-day hire with certification
Case Manager HUD COC GRANT
Bachelor's degree in a related field required. 2+ years of experience in case management preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is advantageous. Strong organizational skills and data entry skills (Microsoft Office Suite/Database Software) are key
Outreach Worker HUD COC
Valid driver's license. Experience in outreach/social services preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Director of Housing
Bachelor's degree in related field. 5+ years experience in housing/real estate. Proven track record of strategic planning & project management
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OF HOUSING
Master's in related field. Proven leadership/program mgmt. Knowledge of housing development and funding. Strong analytical skills
EL RESCATE CASE MANAGER
Bachelor’s degree in related field and 2+ yrs of related experience are required. Bilingual skills in English/Spanish are a plus. Computer proficiency in MS Office & database software is also needed
