Job Description
Prototek is seeking a Business Development Manager to execute a strategic sales plan with new and existing customers, focusing on delivering profitable sales growth and customer satisfaction. The role requires a confident, professional communicator with strong customer service skills and requires knowledge of companies’ capabilities and technologies.
Requirements
- Responsibility for understanding companies' capabilities, technologies, and services.
- Participation in driving the utilization of a sales plan that profitably grows sales.
- Proactive market share capture based on customer needs.
- Recommendations for improvements for both the customer and the company.
- Utilizing sales frameworks, processing tools, and supporting software.
- Owning key customer relationships.
- Understanding measurements equipment and basic ability to read blueprints.
