2025-2026 Afterschool Substitute Classroom Lead

Propel seeks passionate individuals to serve as Afterschool Classroom Leads at all of our schools. The latest start date for this role will be October 1st, 2025. The Substitute Classroom Lead will supervise and engage with scholars, maintain a culture of dignity, and complete required paperwork.

Requirements

• S. or M.A. in Education or a related field
• Experience working in Propel Afterschool or Summer Camp
• Experience working at an afterschool program
• Experience as a teacher or paraprofessional in a school
• Experience working in programming for at-risk populations
