Fabricator
High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience. 1-3 months of related experience and/or training
Laborer
Building trade skills in water tanks and other related projects. Able to perform a variety of construction trades. Passion for problem-solving
Field Support Lumber
1 year of related experience and/or training, forklift experience, ability to read and interpret documents
Garage Mechanic
High school diploma, 2-5 years of mechanical experience, and diesel mechanic experience preferred
Field Support Yard
1 year of related experience, forklift experience, and ability to read and interpret documents
CAD Drafter
Associate degree in Drafting/CAD, proficient in AutoCAD, and strong attention to detail required
Construction Project Manager
Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or Construction Management, knowledge of AutoCAD and project management software
Superintendent
Construction manager or superintendent experience, High school diploma or equivalent, 5-10 years experience constructing prestressed concrete tanks or similar work
CAD Drafter
Associate degree in Drafting/CAD or equivalent experience, Proficient in AutoCAD, Strong attention to detail
Repair and Retrofit Division Manager
Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of experience in a related technical field or equivalent, knowledge of field construction techniques and quality programs
