Job Description
The Associate Director, Digital & Influencer is a hands-on, mid-senior leader who manages the seamless integration and execution of Digital and Influencer campaigns, driving performance across platforms while ensuring compliance, creativity, and optimization.
Requirements
- 7-10 years in digital marketing, influencer engagement, or social content
- Fluent in platform formats, metrics, and audience behavior
- Experience in working closely with Account teams or within Account teams with an Influencer focus
- Strong use of AI to automate and elevate the work
- Experience in Health category influencer and Digital compliance (Desirable)
- Strong project and relationship management skills
- Passion for emerging platforms and performance innovation
- Visibility: Excellent presentation and communication
- Comfortable collaborating across disciplines and coaching others
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Agile, resourceful, and commercially driven
