Title Processor

Point is looking for a Processor to join our team. You'll collect, review, and verify documents to close Home Equity Investments (HEIs), assist homeowners with their queries, and ensure all conditions are met for a smooth closing process.

Requirements

• 2+ years of U.S. mortgage processing or title curative experience preferred
• Knowledge of common credit underwriting standards
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Sheets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
