Job Description
Talent/Recruiting Coordinator needed to support hiring processes and create exceptional candidate experiences in fast-paced recruiting environments. Responsible for interview scheduling, candidate communication, ATS management, and process improvement.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in supporting high performing recruiting teams or similar fast-paced environments
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities
