Job Description
The IT Engineering Technician will provide technical support to end users, resolving issues and handling requests. They develop standard work documents and are responsible for Tier 1 & 2 support, transitioning to higher tier teams as needed. Strong customer service and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential.
Requirements
- Monitor alerts and respond to service tickets.
- Develop and follow standard work documents.
- Provide Tier 1 & 2 support.
- Handle user requests and provide first line of troubleshooting.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including on-call support.
