Able to quickly earn trust and credibility with customers, skilled at relating to a variety of customers- balances poise and integrity with a service mentality, able to negotiate, build value and address objections towards closing a sale

2+ years of sales experience, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently and collaborate with team members

Bachelor's degree preferred, 5-10 years related experience, ability to understand Pella products

4-5 years construction experience, AA or Technical degree preferred, valid driver's license, and Microsoft product experience

Construction experience, strong customer service skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and smart devices
