Job Description
The Senior Presales Engineer will deliver demos, presentations, and proof of concepts to customers, providing technical advice and recommendations. They will create implementation plans, assess customer needs, and propose solutions to optimize value for both the customer and the firm. The role involves working with sales and support teams to resolve technical issues and pursue business development opportunities.
Requirements
- Responsible for the delivery of demos, presentations and proof of concepts.
- Provide trusted technical advice, recommendations and answers to customers (technical) questions in a Request for Information or a Request for Proposal form.
- Create the Implementation plan and monitor the approval process for projects.
- Proactively scopes the technical solution required and prepare software order forms along with sales and technical team to address customer requirements, assesses customers’ met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm.
- Liaise with support teams to ensure accurate and timely resolution of technical issues.
- Opportunistically pursue additional business development opportunities within customer firms.
- Strong technical knowledge of the products they are selling.
- Arabic and English fluency are mandatory.
