Requirements
- Assist in retention, performance management, training and development, and employee relations
- Advises key stakeholders regarding Human Resources policies and procedures
- Investigates employee complaints and make recommendations for follow-up action to leaders
- Partners with leadership to build and sustain an inclusive, values-driven culture
- Leverages data and analytics to identify trends and make decisions related to talent acquisition, retention, and workforce planning
