Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or undergraduate with prior experience in mining, construction, or heavy machinery operation
- Foundational knowledge of SHE (Safety, Health, Environment) protocols
- Ability to safely operate and maintain Mobile Manufacturing Units and related explosives delivery equipment
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to undergo structured training and be certified competent
