Job Description
Optime Group is seeking a passionate and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor for a prestigious private members’ club in Henley-on-Thames. This is a full-time, permanent position with no immediate start date, offering a great opportunity for growth in a highly rated club. The role involves supporting the Food & Beverage Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Food & Beverage Supervisor or similar leadership role within a premium hospitality environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented.
- Flexible and reliable, with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Passionate about hospitality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
