Hospice Medical Social Worker
Master's degree in Social Work, current state licensing, and 1 year experience in healthcare

Must have associate's degree in nursing, RN license, and 1 year of RN experience
Hospice RN Clinical Manager
2-3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, nursing skills, and knowledge of business management, governmental regulations, and CHAP standards
Hospice Outside Sales Resource Coordinator
High school diploma or GED equivalent, hospice or post acute sales experience, valid driver's license
Hospice RN Case Manager
Bachelor's degree in nursing, 1-2 years of experience in a clinical care setting, and reliable transportation
Hospice Occupational Therapist
1 year of clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist and registered with the National Registration Examination of the American Occupational Therapy Association
Hospice RN Administrator - $10,000 Sign On Bonus
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, current RN license, and 2-5 years of health care management experience
Physician Services Clinical Coordinator
High School Diploma or GED, 1 year of medical experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
