Marketing Manager (Development Division)

ONE Sotheby’s International Realty is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their Development Division. The role involves developing and executing real estate marketing campaigns, managing team members, and coordinating marketing initiatives for developments. The ideal candidate is passionate about building a brand and thrives in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of progressive marketing experience in the real estate industry (developments ideal)
• Knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point)
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related (Master’s preferred)
• Fluent in English, other languages a plus
• Travel to Developer sites will be required
