Services Director

At Objective, we create software that makes a difference. We are currently looking for a Services Director to join our team in Sydney or Melbourne. The role involves leading a high-performing consulting team, driving business operations, and delivering customer success.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the software industry with a background in professional services and software implementation.
• University degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5+ years as a Practice Leader in a professional services organization, with direct people management and P&L responsibility.
• 5 years of IT Project Management experience, leading projects from $400K–$2M+ and managing large teams.
• Strong people management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing consulting teams.
• Expertise in project management methodologies, implementation best practices, and business/financial forecasting.
• Hands-on consulting experience in a professional services environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to engage at senior management levels and support sales initiatives.
