Job Description
The Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer is responsible for leading the design, coordination, and implementation of monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) activities for a specific project implemented by Nonviolent Peaceforce (NP) in the Philippines. This role plays a critical function in ensuring that project interventions are guided by evidence, responsive to community needs, and aligned with intended outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–5 years of relevant M&E experience in development or humanitarian programs, preferably with donor-funded projects.
- Proven ability to design and implement performance monitoring frameworks and results-based management systems.
- Strong background in quantitative and qualitative research methods.
- Proficiency with digital data collection tools (e.g., KoboToolbox, ODK, CommCare) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
