Job Description
Nichols & Company CPAs is seeking an Entrepreneurial Tax Professional to manage and expand their own dedicated book of business. This role focuses on comprehensive tax preparation, planning, and advisory services, acting as a trusted advisor and fostering long-term partnerships. Candidates will be responsible for client portfolio management, tax preparation, tax planning, business development, and client communication.
Requirements
- BA or BS in Accounting or related field; CPA or EA certification.
- At least 8-10 years of accounting experience with progressive experience in tax preparation and consulting.
- Proficiency with Thomson Reuters tax preparation software (preferred), Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.
- Experience in a client-facing role.
- Strong analytical, organizational, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines effectively.
