Job Description
NextDecade Corporation is seeking a Specialist, Condition Monitoring to support the Reliability and Discipline Engineer in overseeing the condition monitoring program for rotating equipment. This role focuses on providing leadership, expertise, and maintaining program performance to optimize maintenance costs and equipment reliability. The specialist will collaborate with rotating equipment, condition monitoring, and lubrication teams to implement and sustain the company’s Condition Monitoring Program for facility equipment.
Requirements
- Trade certification or equivalent hands-on industry experience.
- Certified Vibration Analyst (Category II) – Minimum
- Certified Machine Lubrication Analyst (MLA Cat II) or Machine Lubrication Engineer (MLE) certification.
- Working knowledge of Bently Nevada System 1 or equivalent condition monitoring systems (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of condition monitoring experience within petrochemical, LNG, or heavy industrial operations.
- Minimum 10 years total experience in maintenance, reliability, or other technical roles.
- Prior participation in RCM workshops and demonstrated application of reliability improvement strategies.
