Job Description
Nautilus is seeking a dedicated Senior HR Business Partner to enhance its team, foster relationships, and drive a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and data-driven individual focused on employee growth and development.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of HR Business Partner experience with a focus on performance management, organizational design, leadership coaching, and employee relations
- Strong problem-solving skills
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, compliance, and best practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with HCM/HRIS systems (ADP, Lattice, Ashby preferred)
