Line Cook
High school diploma required. Cooking experience is necessary. Experience with kitchen equipment and sanitation is a must
Prep Cook
Must have prior prep cooking experience, cooking/equipment skills, sanitation knowledge, teamwork skills, and strong organizational skills. High school diploma or equivalent
Pantry Cook
Past pantry cook experience, food safety knowledge, and culinary skills are needed. Formal education preferred. Must be able to work in fast-paced environments
Steward/Dishwasher
Minimal experience preferred, proficient dishwashing skills, and knowledge of food safety. High school diploma or equivalent is needed
Pastry Assistant
At least 3 years of pastry experience, with attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment
Grill Cook
Strong cooking and grilling skills, food safety knowledge, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Sauté Cook
Proven experience as a sauté cook, knowledge of sauté techniques, and strong multitasking skills
Server Assistant
Experience as a server asst/food runner, teamwork and communication skills, multitasking and flexibility
