Job Description
Monroe Tractor, a well-respected construction equipment dealer, is seeking a Field Service Technician to provide mechanical support for diesel-run equipment. This technician will perform maintenance, repairs, and tire rotations, working directly with customers in the Fairfield County area. The company emphasizes a family-owned, rooted business with over 70 years of experience serving the northeastern US.
Requirements
- Prior experience in heavy construction equipment or agriculture equipment is preferred
- Strong independent work ethic
- Excellent customer service skills
- Computer skills
- Valid Drivers License and clean driving record
- Ability to independently lift between 50-75 pounds
