Parts Manager

The Parts Manager is responsible for managing all parts processing, developing annual objectives for the parts department, and maintaining customer relationships. This role requires coordination with Product Support Sales Representatives to ensure a reliable parts supply. The position is based in Lee's Summit, MO, and reports to the Branch Manager.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years of parts operations and inventory management experience.
• Experience with P&L, budgeting, and forecasting preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional leadership and management skills.
