Requirements

• Serves as a first point of contact for guests and provides a positive impression of the company
• Performs various duties to ensure the security of the casino floor, guests, and employees
• Responds to security incidents and conducts thorough investigations as required
• Performs other duties as assigned by Management.
• Conduct thorough investigations on suspicious incidents in conjunction with other departments
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all security incidents and responses
