Job Description
McMillan Pazdan Smith is seeking a creative Project Architect to join their Healthcare Team in Charlotte, NC. The role involves providing limited, high level supervision of complex projects, coordinating with project management, and serving as a primary client liaison. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design and construction, and the ability to manage projects efficiently and cost-effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Architecture or equivalent
- Registered as a licensed architect
- 8-12 years of experience as an architect
- Experience leading a project team
- Proficiency with Revit, Enscape, and Bluebeam
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative suite and Newforma software
- Excellent grasp of building technology fundamentals
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
