BS Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or 5+ years’ experience as a Primavera P6 scheduler in multifamily building construction, 5+ years of experience in multifamily building construction

BS degree in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent, 10+ years of experience in multifamily construction, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software

Associate’s degree in accounting or relevant work experience, 3 years of experience in accounts payable, and proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite

College degree, 3+ years of experience in residential construction purchasing, and experience with purchasing systems

High school diploma or equivalent. Technical certifications preferred. 2-3 years of maintenance experience desired
