Locaria is looking for a Change and Delivery Manager (AAEE - AI, Automation, Efficiency & Effectiveness) to join their dynamic team. The role will be responsible for bridging the gap between technical delivery and business adoption, ensuring AI and automation tools are clearly scoped, effectively delivered, and fully utilized to drive operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in change management, project management, or operations delivery within a technology, automation, or transformation context.
- Proven ability to move initiatives from scoping through to successful business adoption.
- Strong communication and documentation skills — capable of turning technical language into clear, accessible content.
- Demonstrated skill in stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams.
- Structured and autonomous in planning, with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
- Proficient with project management tools, ideally Monday.com.
- Experience working in cross-functional or agile environments.
- Fluent in English (Spanish an advantage).
