Ruby on Rails Technical Manager

Requirements

• Experience in managing technical teams
• 6+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails
• Solid experience with Active Record and RSpec
• Experience working on production applications in AWS or Heroku
• Strong background with relational databases (preferably PostgreSQL)
• Experience writing tests / TDD or a strong culture of testing
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience in technical planning, estimations, and delivery oversight
• Experience supporting recruitment processes (technical screening, onboarding)
• Ability to foster collaboration, transparency, and a positive team culture
• Polish and English at B2+ level
