A bachelor's degree in social science, Communications, Public Health, Social Work from a four-year accredited college or university is preferred. Relevant work experience can be considered and substituted for academic requirements
Manager, Family Support
Leadership experience, effective communication, crisis intervention skills, and ability to analyze situations and create solutions
Employee Relations Specialist
5+ years of experience, Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, PHR/SPHR designation or equivalent
Benefits & Leave Specialist
3+ years of experience in benefits administration, leave administration, and HRIS system skills. PHR designation, SHRM-CP or equivalent preferred
Manager, Tissue Recovery
5 years of tissue recovery experience, 2 years of leadership/supervisory experience, Bachelor's degree in healthcare/science or certification
Donor and Patient Safety Program Manager
5+ years of experience as a Patient Safety Manager or Specialist in healthcare, Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field, Progressive experience with patient safety, quality, or risk management within a healthcare setting
Materials Management Coordinator
High School diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years of experience in supply chain, materials handling, or similar work, CPR Certification
Communications Coordinator
BA degree with an emphasis on writing, communications, online or print marketing, journalism or public relations, or relevant work experience in the field
Community Outreach Specialist
Bachelor's degree in relevant field, 5+ years of experience, valid driver's license
Clinical Communications Coordinator
2-5 years of experience in healthcare, medical or organ/tissue donation field, or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or related field. Intermediate-level computer skills and experience with EMRs
