We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow sales in the Southwest Region for the company’s flooring products division. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing independent sales representatives, strengthening distributor and dealer partnerships, and driving demand among builders, architects, remodelers, and installers.
Requirements
- Manage, support, and motivate a network of independent sales representatives to achieve and exceed regional sales goals.
- Develop strategic business plans for distributor partners and monitor performance, providing corrective action as needed.
- Build and manage target lists of key dealers, architects, builders, and installers to drive conversion and new business opportunities.
- Conduct field sales calls with distributor and dealer representatives to increase brand visibility and strengthen relationships.
- Provide product and installation training for distributor and dealer teams, as well as on-site demonstrations for end users.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding products, applications, and availability.
- Generate, track, and coordinate sales leads through distributor and rep networks.
- Participate in regional and national trade shows to promote products and foster new relationships.
- Keep leadership informed on market trends, competitor activity, and changes within key accounts or distribution networks.
