Later is looking for a strategic and creative Social Media Manager to own client outcomes across platforms. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in social media management, with a strong focus on content creation and community engagement.
Requirements
- 6+ years proven experience as a Community Manager, Social Media Manager, or similar role
- Proven track record of independently managing and growing a social media presence for a large B2C brand
- Must have previous agency experience managing client relationships
- Excellent content creation skills
- Comfortable digging into performance data and analysis
- Ability to think creatively and generate innovative content ideas
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
