Requirements
- At least 2 years of B2B international sales experience
- Fluency in Latvian, English and Spanish (both written and spoken)
- Experience working in CRM system and good knowledge in MS Office
- Strong negotiation skills with a willingness to make cold calls
- Sales-driven mindset with proactive initiative, excellent communication, and proven relationship-building skills
- Analytical thinker with resilience, adaptability to dynamic markets, and strong problem-solving capabilities
