The candidate will manage tooling, standardize processes, and ensure the team is aligned with business goals and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in design operations, program management, product ops, or operational leadership.
• Experience driving enterprise-wide tooling consolidation (especially Figma).
• Strong operational planning and facilitation skills.
• Understanding of design methodologies, product development life cycles, and human-centered design practices.
