Requirements
- 5-7+ years in restaurant operations, with 3+ years in multi-unit leadership preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Strong P&L management and business acumen.
- Experience developing leaders and improving operational performance.
- All-in on building the best restaurant teams in the business.
