Residency program completion or in progress. Valid Texas medical license. Board certification or eligibility
Physician - Internal Medicine
MD or DO degree. Must be licensed in Texas. Board Certification or eligibility.
APC - OB/GYN
PA/MSN degree and TX license required. Board certification is preferred. Visa required (H-1B)
Physician - OB/GYN
Residency completed, Texas license required, Board certification/eligibility. KSC accepts H-1B visas
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
Bachelor's in nursing and an accredited RN program. Valid state license & APRN certification (within 6 months). Must be eligible for AANA certification and ACLS/PLS/CABG
Physician - OB/GYN
OB/GYN residency completion is a must, along with Texas licensure and board certification. H-1B visa required
APC - Surgery
Must have a valid Texas provider license. Doctor of Physician Assistant Studies/Nursing Program graduate. Board certification/eligibility required

Board certification/eligibility is needed. License in Texas is required, and Kelsey-Seybold Clinic will accept H-1B Visas
Physician - Internal Medicine
