Job Description
Residential Construction Assessor - Remote (Travel Required) working in partnership with utilities, governments, Indigenous Nations, and other industry partners to reduce energy poverty, accelerate decarbonization, and improve housing in traditionally underserved communities across Canada and the United States.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Construction Management, relevant trade, or equivalent work experience is required.
- A thorough understanding of residential construction best practices and building science principles is required.
- 2-3 years of direct experience in residential construction or construction management is required.
- Advanced technical skills in MS Excel and the ability to quickly learn how to use a variety of software is required.
- Must have a valid Class 5-passenger vehicle licence.
