We are currently looking for a Sr GTM Applications Manager in Latin America to lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of Go-to-Market systems that support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years of experience in GTM systems, Sales Operations, or similar roles supporting Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success
- Deep technical expertise with GTM tools such as Salesforce, Clari, Gong, 6Sense, Outreach, and ZoomInfo
- Strong knowledge of system integrations, data architecture, and SaaS application management
- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects, vendor management, and change management initiatives
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Self-motivated, proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on operational efficiency, process improvement, and measurable outcomes
