MKTG000: Department Head

This is a pro-bono volunteer Remote position for a Department Head in Marketing. The ideal candidate is a retired Marketing professional or on long term break who can commit 12 months, 6 hours/week. The role involves leading the marketing team and providing strategic direction to align with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of leadership experience in Marketing or related fields
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or related field preferred
• Experience managing a marketing team or equivalent, and leading a marketing effort (i.e. product/brand management)
• Familiarity with Canva/Figma
• Agency experience a plus
