4+ years of experience in the field, valid Texas Driver License, and knowledge of Math skills
Master Electrician
Valid Electrical License, 5-8 years' experience in Electrical work, Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
Heavy Equipment Operators - Roma, Edinburg and Brownsville
Experience: Construction: 1 year (Preferred)
Form Setter - Concrete
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, measure and cut lumber for forms, and operate hand tools and power tools safely
Crane Operator (Certified)
5-7 years of experience, NCCCO certification, knowledge of construction equipment and machinery
Project Engineer-Heavy Civil Construction
4-year degree or 5 years of experience required, must be able to work beyond normal business hours, and have superior communication skills
Grading Foreman
3+ years experience as Earthwork/Grading Foreman, valid driver's license, strong communication and interpersonal skills
Senior Project Manager
At least 5-10 years of experience in construction management, project delivery, and budgeting. Bachelor's degree required
Labor - Concrete Finisher
No formal education required, but must have a valid Texas Driver License and be able to lift 35-55lb
HR. Manager
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, 10+ years' experience in HR, strong track records in recruiting and training
