Job Description
Campus Staff Minister I - Central Texas Area (Undergraduate Ministry) for InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA. Seeking a full-time staff minister to lead ministry on a college campus, develop partnerships with churches and individuals, and recruit and train student leaders.
Requirements
- Pursue maturity as a disciple of Jesus Christ
- Communicate and model InterVarsity's vision to see students and faculty transformed
- Create a culture of humble dependence on God and bold expectation in God's intention to start new witnessing communities
- Develop self-leadership and discipleship skills
- Partner with and respond positively to the direction and coaching of supervisors and national leaders
- Develop a team of partners to resource the ministry financially, in prayer, or volunteer service
