Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Atlassian Support Specialist to join our team in Bangalore, IN. As a specialist in electronics and software, you will administer and manage Atlassian Cloud applications, lead and support migration activities, and implement and maintain Jira Service Management.
Requirements
- Administer and manage Atlassian Cloud applications including Jira, Confluence
- Lead and support migration activities from Atlassian Data Center to Atlassian Cloud
- Implement and maintain Jira Service Management (service desk projects), request types, and automations.
- Develop and maintain scripts using ScriptRunner for Jira/Confluence and strong documentation skills.
