Job Description
Humber River Health is seeking a Transformation Lead to join their Clinical Innovation and Transformation team. This role focuses on translating business vision into implementation, aligning workstreams, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and leading digital health innovation projects. The company is dedicated to improving patient care and community connection through technology and clinical expertise.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Healthcare, Healthcare Administration or Health Informatics
- Graduate degree in Business Admin or similar preferred
- 3+ years of experience in leading patient experience and quality improvement initiatives
- Experience in negotiation, facilitation, problem solving, decision-making, and critical thinking
- Proficiency in MS Office and flexible work environment
- Demonstrated initiative and strong time management skills
