Program Director (Community Engagement & Initiatives)

Harlem Children’s Zone (HCZ) is seeking a passionate and dedicated Program Director to join the Community Pride team and drive successful program operations. This role focuses on community engagement, building strong relationships, and promoting the well-being of families and children in Harlem. The Director will work closely with local organizations and stakeholders to address community needs and advocate for children's development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of managing and leading community-based organizations.
• Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience in community engagement, program leadership, or related fields.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Bilingual Spanish/English/French (a plus).
