Job Description
We are looking for a Programme Consultant to join our Direct Sales Team in Athens, Greece. The role involves promoting our programme portfolio to prospective students via phone, email, and online consultations, and managing the student journey from initial enquiry to tuition fee payment.
Requirements
- Completed commercial/business training and/or university degree in a relevant field
- Practical experience in Sales
- Experience in project management and industry knowledge in the higher education sector
- Very good knowledge of English, written and spoken
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Experience with working with CRM systems such as Salesforce
- A high degree of initiative, organizational talent and empathy
