Job Description
WebTPA, a GuideWell Company, is a healthcare third-party benefit administrator offering customized health plans. The Customer Service Representative will handle inbound calls from providers and members, ensuring high service levels and adhering to customer service metrics. The company is seeking a full-time employee.
Requirements
- 0-1 years related work experience
- Inbound call center experience in the health insurance industry
- High school diploma or GED
- Professional phone voice and etiquette
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
