Requirements

• Independent management of the entire recruiting process
• Close cooperation with HR and Operations Manager in onboarding new employees
• Regular inventory control of office supplies and proactive reordering
• First point of contact for office issues and coordination of external service providers
• Management of delivery and package management
• Maintenance and update of office documentation
• Ensuring an optimal meeting room setup
• Support in offboarding from an office perspective
• Planning and organization of internal team events
