High school & Bachelor’s preferred, 1-2 years experience. Strong communication & MS Office skills needed. Confidentiality & accuracy paramount
Facilities Coordinator
High school certification & 3-5 years office admin exp. Proficient MS Office skills. Must be available to work in-office Monday-Friday. Driver's license and reliable transportation expected
Vendor Service Coordinator
Bachelor's degree/equivalence or 2+ years experience in accounting. 2+ years in related field. Proficient in Excel and MS Office (preferred)
Social Worker
Bachelor's degree preferred, interest in working with developmental special needs. Strong interviewing and communication skills are required. Access to reliable transportation is needed
Bilingual Social Worker - Early Start Assessment (Spanish Required)
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Social Work preferred. 2+ years experience with developmentally disabled populations required. Fluency in Spanish is needed
Fiscal Coordinator - Accounts Payable
4+ years of accounting experience. Bachelor's degree is required. Knowledge of accounting principles & MS Office Suite
Bilingual Social Worker - Cantonese Required
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited school, Demonstrated interest in working with persons with developmental special needs, Access to reliable transportation
Public Records Administrator
Fiscal Coordinator - Authorizations
2+ years post-secondary education or equivalent, Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 2+ years accounting or related experience. Basic MS Office skills
Operations Coordinator
High school diploma with 3-5 years of office administration experience. Proficiency in MS Office suite, and access to reliable transportation are essential. Strong communication and analytical skills are required
